Some Types of Hair Just Won't Grow.

FALSE!

This is a commonly held belief, particularly among those of us with beautiful curls, but the truth is that textured hair tends to grow at the same rate as most other types of hair – about a half inch per month, or six inches per year, with a growth cycle of about 3-5 years.
The main difference when it comes to how long your hair will grow comes down to the strength of individual hair strands. Due to the fact that textured hair tends to be more fragile than naturally straight hair, it is more prone to split ends and breakage. When it comes to caring for your hair, always think “TLC – Tender Loving Care”: comb and brush your hair gently and less often, try to limit the use of heat and chemicals, be patient and careful when detangling, and keep your hair hydrated and moisturized.
Check out CARA B Naturally's Moisturizing Hair Mist and our Leave-In Conditioner / Daily Moisturizer to help keep you and your child's beautiful hair moisturized and healthy! Stay Beautiful, Naturally :)
