Returns

"You may return your purchase, with original receipt, by mail for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds or credits for items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions. CARA B Naturally™ reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may not have been purchased within the last year."

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we suggest that you send your return via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.


Please include the following information with your return:

  • Original receipt (must have been purchased within the last 30 days)
  • Packing slip
  • All original packaging
  • Reason for the return
  • Description of the item you are returning,

Damaged Items / Errors

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment, and review the contents for any errors.  It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact CARA B Naturally™ Customer Service by email at customerservice@mycarab.com or by phone at 888-238-4552. While we strive to handle all calls live, you

may need to leave us a voicemail with certain information and we will return the call within two (2) business days.


Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
